Rated advance ride  13 riders met at:  Chevron station last exit West Capital Ave lunch at Jerry’s Deli in Middletown.  Photo’s already on web site.

Update Idaho Ride-In:  July 5,6 & 7

Sue C.  further updates (1 suggested route/agenda passed out last meeting)  Working on overnight stops.  Other possible routes to come later.  Bay area club looking to see about merging for ride to Idaho.  More to come later.

It was suggested that the outgoing Director be given a name pin with years of service listed.

GCR Participation Awards:

To create more interest and encourage participation in regular chapter meetings, monthly rides and other chapter sponsored activities.  There will be a sign-in sheet at each meeting, ride and event, which will be maintained by Maggy and at the monthly meeting an accumulative report will be distributed.  To receive points for a pre-ride an email must be sent to all members.  This will start on February 1 and end on November 30.  At the December Holiday Party, prizes will be awarded to the top three who accumulate the highest number of participation points.

A GCR member who participates or volunteers for any of the following will receive one point for:

-  Ride Coordinator; Ride Co-Coordinator; Ride Sweep; Monthly Ride attendance; Pre Ride attendance;

-  Meeting attendance; Event participation; Safety Skills participation; Speaker arrangement

-  Member presentations
